Jennifer Lopez was a new medical staff to me, made me feel welcome & at ease, was knowledgeable, thorough and kind.

Dr. Lopez was great and explained everything she was doing thoroughly. The number of reminder texts about the appt. were too many, I had confirmed and checked in online and received multiple a day.

Even though the doctor did not understand why I have the skin issued I do, she did not ignore them. Instead she addressed them, and treated them.

Dr. Lopez is amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure I HAD EVERYTHING i needed to get better. Tremendous customer service on her part

She let me say what I needed to say and went by what I thought was best for me. She gave great information, advice, and feedback on everything.
