Dr. Karla is amazing. She really listens to her clients and takes her time with you. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and working with me to come up with a solution for my after care. She works very hard, abs her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m truly grateful for her concern, care, and kindness!

This was a new provider for me, therefore we were establishing care. I must admit that I was nervous because I've had a few bad experiences with finding a primary care doctor that fits me in the past 6 months. This is the third doctor and so far so good. I have an underlying condition therefore I know it's going to be a lot of work ahead, but I feel confident that my search may be over. She explained everything she was doing and also gave me the opportunity to explain my situation with the time allotted. If there was anything I would hope to change, it would be the time that we get as new patients with the provider. Other than that I want to say thank you to the receptionist Mrs. White intake nurse Mrs. Kim and doctor Karla as well for making my first visit as smooth as possible. Communication and great customer service is the key so keep up the good work EVERYONE! BY THE WAY, VERY CLEAN FACILITY.

Complete opposite. Dr. H took her time with me. She listened. Made me feel comfortable and this visit really confirmed why I chose her as a provider. She is very thorough and I really appreciate that. If I had family in Charlotte I would recommend them!

It was absolutely perfect

The doctor was very pleasant to talk to. She was very encouraging about my needs and taking the time to go over each concern. Dr. Higginbotham explained things in detail and was very helpful when I asked questions. Was super patient when I wanted to look over options more. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Lady at the front desk never acknowledged me when it was time to sign out. I stood at her window and she never said anything. I just left.

Dr Karla Higginbotham, and her staff are wonderful. I have been under their care for a little over a year. I feel cared about, seen, and understood. Everyone who works in this office is friendly, professional and KIND! This office should be a model office for all of Novant! Dr Higginbotham runs a very efficient office (I have never had a long wait) but still finds time to listen to and empathize with her patients. I feel like I have collaborative partnership w/ this office and my healthcare! Thank you to Dr Higginbotham and her team! Love this office!

This was my first well visit and as it happened I was sick so I believe this threw the team off. I left feeling that my sick needs were addressed, but was unable to get a well visit for another couple of weeks. I somehow felt I had done something wrong, unsure of the protocol on these scenarios. After waiting for weeks I did not want to cancel my visit, and I still needed a doctor. Would advanced warning would have sufficed? Unsure.

Dr. was wonderful! This was my first visit as we are new to the area. Dr. Higginbotham was knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. So happy to have found her!

Only complaint was I waiting in the room for the doctor for at least 40 min which I thought was excessive but everything else was great. I do understand things take longer than expected sometimes and the doctor was very helpful once she got in the room. Thanks

I was extremely satisfied with the overall care after my visit. The staff were professional and courteous throughout my visit. My physician was very informative and had a beautiful personality, that made my visit very comfortable for medical advice, and preventive services that I haven't had in years.

Finding care in a new state was a little difficult but dr Higginbotham did not disappoint. She was VERY thorough! She listened to me word for word already had all of my past medical history pulled up and ready to go over and I did not feel rushed for my appointment. 10/10
