Dr. Snapp is excellent! She is knowledgeable, easy to talk with, a good problem solver, and a kind and caring doctor. She has been patient and very supportive and has referred me to another doctor who she believes can help me recover from a botched and damaging surgery procedure in another medical practice in Charlotte.
