Dr. Snapp was a sweetheart. She was thorough and had great listening skills. She addressed my concern with the lady who checked me in and assured me that the matter would be addressed. Her professionalism and bed side manner made me forget about the bad encounter and Dr. Snapp provided the answers for solutions I was seeking. I was scheduled for a sleep study expeditiously, but unfortunately it was cancelled due to the bed having bed bugs.
