Dr Phennell was. Rey professional and addressed all of my concerns & devised a plan to help get me back on the road to recovery & pain free after being in chronic pain for 20 weeks !

I felt like a was ViP and felt extremely comfortable Dr Fennell listened to every word I had to say!

Dr. Fennel was excellent and was able to assist me immediately with my plantar fasciitis for my left heel. He was informative, courteous and professional.

My knees have been bothering me for almost 6 month's now. Dr. Fennell explained why I was having the pain and then addressed my worst knee by giving me a shot of cortisone. Three days later, I'm pain free for the first time in 6 month. I'm so grateful.

It was great that the entire team was very attentive and most importantly, respectful and friendly, and my doctor listened to my problems and answered me without getting bored. I felt special and satisfied with the answers I received regarding my problems.

Dr. Fennel was very kind to work Mom in after she fell the same morning. He also addressed issues about why she may have fallen and the need for good nutrition and exercise. He also provided a prescription for physical therapy.

The staff and Dr. were personable and really good and spent ample time and attention to my problem.

I feel like all of my needs were addressed and taken care of.

They were so nice and polite to my needs. Also, they went straight to the problem and gave me the solution very quickly. I love it that will definitely go back.

This doctor had excellent skills in listening and communicating with a patient. He modeled for me how to use my cane correctly. I had additional questions regarding my hip and l received great feedback from his staff member Tony.

All staff , MD , Trainer , all office personnel were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They were top knotch!!I could not have asked for better service!

All of the staff was very welcoming and engaged with me at every point. The assistant and doctor were both very knowledgeable and explained everything to me when I had questions and made me feel a lot better about what is going on. I will continue using Novant health for my needs :)

Doctor, Resident, and Nurse were exceptional. I felt they truly listened to background of case and described treatment plan in detail. I'm following steps carefully and looking forward to a super outcome. Highest marks all the way around! Front desk staff is also kind and upbeat.

Some Doctors are sincere. The doctor as well as the Grad Student were sincere in my care.

Dr Payton Fennell was awesome! Once we knew the cause of my issue he was quick to respond. He called me with the game plan and the information on what medication I needed. He’s a good guy!

I was surprise to see the most needed New Section of Orthopedics & Sports Medicine/Urgent Care on 2nd Floor. The Receptionist greeted me with a cheerful smile as she checked me in for my Appointment. It was a pledge to meet Dr. Fennell, which he assured me he will take care of my Medical concerns. I truly respect him for everything. I appreciate all the Medical Staff/PA, & X-Ray Tech.

All of the staff I encountered on my visit, which was a total of 5 different people from the front desk to the doctor were extremely friendly and pleasant.

Excellent very professional

Dr. Fennal was very interested in what I had to say about my issue and I feel he gave me the best instructions on how to remedy it. Also Sean was through in giving instructions on exercises. Both were very nice and showed concern.

I saw Dr. Fennell. He made sure that a thorough and careful evaluation (including imaging) was done. He was very detailed in his examination and in his explanation of the problem. The follow-up treatment was explained thoroughly. Dr. Fennell also listened, both as part of his evaluation and as part of establishing goals. Really one of the best doctor/patient encounters I've had.
