Doctor, Resident, and Nurse were exceptional. I felt they truly listened to background of case and described treatment plan in detail. I'm following steps carefully and looking forward to a super outcome. Highest marks all the way around! Front desk staff is also kind and upbeat.

Dr Fennel seemed to be right on point with my visit yesterday.

Some Doctors are sincere. The doctor as well as the Grad Student were sincere in my care.

Dr. Fennell made the proper test and quickly understood the problem. I'm now in treatment and expect a full recovery. My thanks to Dr. Fennell and his staff.

Dr Payton Fennell was awesome! Once we knew the cause of my issue he was quick to respond. He called me with the game plan and the information on what medication I needed. He’s a good guy!

I was surprise to see the most needed New Section of Orthopedics & Sports Medicine/Urgent Care on 2nd Floor. The Receptionist greeted me with a cheerful smile as she checked me in for my Appointment. It was a pledge to meet Dr. Fennell, which he assured me he will take care of my Medical concerns. I truly respect him for everything. I appreciate all the Medical Staff/PA, & X-Ray Tech.

All of the staff I encountered on my visit, which was a total of 5 different people from the front desk to the doctor were extremely friendly and pleasant.

Dr. Fennal was very interested in what I had to say about my issue and I feel he gave me the best instructions on how to remedy it. Also Sean was through in giving instructions on exercises. Both were very nice and showed concern.

I saw Dr. Fennell. He made sure that a thorough and careful evaluation (including imaging) was done. He was very detailed in his examination and in his explanation of the problem. The follow-up treatment was explained thoroughly. Dr. Fennell also listened, both as part of his evaluation and as part of establishing goals. Really one of the best doctor/patient encounters I've had.

I was highly disappointed at the level of care I was suppose to receive. After 2 days of appts and I was in severe pain. NOTHING WAS DONE!!!it all came down to money!!!that's how I took it. So because I wasn't able to afford high priced insurance I was put off. I was really hurt and angry.but i guess if ur insurance is not a high priced one u get treated differently. I never want to experience that again. So I ll make sure to stay away from that business. Because whether urvin pain or not they send u way if urcnot in the high money bracket. So so sad!!!
