I moved here from another state. I was so pleased to meet my new doctor. She was so patient and kind. I loved how she took the time to explain everything to me. She set up all my exams for my future turning 50. She’s very caring and giving. The entire team there was amazing.

Dr. Effiong was the absolute best. I felt heard for the first time in a long time by a doctor. She was patient asked me a great number of questions to deal with my health issues and questions.

I feel like some of the topics that I brought up were not addressed. I feel like the appointment was longer wait time and quite rushed.

This is the first time I’ve been to a doctor in over two years because of the many bad experiences I have had. I was skeptical that the Dr. would be attentive and helpful because other doctors I have seen have just been interested in moving patients along and throwing medications at possible issues. Dr. Effiong was attentive, listened carefully to all of my many symptoms and showed by her actions that she cared and wants to help me feel better. All of the staff were kind from the checkin to the nurse, the phlebotomist, and the checkout. I couldn’t be more pleased with the visit. And the follow up to promptly get the referrals scheduled. I have many more Dr’s appointments coming up and hope to have the same experience.

had a wonderful visit (other than I was ill) from making the appointment to checking in and seeing the Dr. It was so refreshing to have this type of care as it is lacking very seriously in other businesses. I felt seen, heard and respected. The staff and Dr. were very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't have had a better experience. Also the waiting area and bathroom were very clean, it was a welcoming atmosphere. After all the terrible stories about healthcare, I can say this is definitely not one and the exact opposite. It was such a wonderful experience, I referred my mother, who was also looking a caring, professional physician.

I'm visiting from Washington, D.C. I am completely shocked and unimpressed with the way business was conducted here. It's appalling how different business can be in the south vs. the north. My initial appointment was because my urine smelled like maple syrup. The doctor assumed one diagnosis and tested for one diagnosis. She didn't even think to give me a urine analysis or blood test to look for that. I had to request to have a physical because I thought that would cover everything. I still don't know why my urine smelled like maple syrup. I assumed it ws because of my diet. But I didn't want to go off of an assumption. I went to see a doctor for an exact reason and that was not what I received. Additionally, I took the time to fill out the medical chart to include my allergies. Unfortunately, the doctor tried to prescribe me a medication with the very exact allergy in it. Had the system not flagged it as an allergy. Then I would have taken that prescription thinking my doctor knows best and had an adverse reaction to it. Instead of listening to the flag and reading my chart. The doctor reached out to me to confirm if I had this allergy or taken Vitamin D in the past. What does that matter. If in the past I wasn't allergic to something and with age I become allergic to something. Are you going to forego my current condition to match my past. I'm shaking my head in disbelief with this. It feels like a scene of little children dressing up in doctor suits passing off as doctors. I'm so annoyed.
