She was so refreshing, I did not feel like I was in a factory. She was both reassuring and calm, while giving me as much information as I needed to know.I usually walk away from the doctor's office feeling rushed, it was not like that this time around.

I moved here from another state. I was so pleased to meet my new doctor. She was so patient and kind. I loved how she took the time to explain everything to me. She set up all my exams for my future turning 50. She’s very caring and giving. The entire team there was amazing.

Dr. Effiong was the absolute best. I felt heard for the first time in a long time by a doctor. She was patient asked me a great number of questions to deal with my health issues and questions.

I feel like some of the topics that I brought up were not addressed. I feel like the appointment was longer wait time and quite rushed.

This is the first time I’ve been to a doctor in over two years because of the many bad experiences I have had. I was skeptical that the Dr. would be attentive and helpful because other doctors I have seen have just been interested in moving patients along and throwing medications at possible issues. Dr. Effiong was attentive, listened carefully to all of my many symptoms and showed by her actions that she cared and wants to help me feel better. All of the staff were kind from the checkin to the nurse, the phlebotomist, and the checkout. I couldn’t be more pleased with the visit. And the follow up to promptly get the referrals scheduled. I have many more Dr’s appointments coming up and hope to have the same experience.
