John explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. He administered the treatment quickly and almost painlessly but did not give me a feeling of being rushed through. He went over Instructions for at home care and followup appointments.

John Maynard took great care tending to my surgical site and explaining that I had an adverse reaction to the dermabond. He thoroughly cleaned the area, removed the dermabond, and instructed me on care going forward.

My visit with John Maynard was exceptional. His bedside manner is one you want to expect from a provider. He was extremely patient and understanding to my needs/fears (needle). He explained everything thoroughly and gave me time to talk to my husband about the option of a cortisone shot. He never once pushed it and I didn't feel like I was being rushed for an answer. He took his time, explained everything that was involved and understood my strong fear of needles. I am thankful for his patience and understanding.
