Dr. Prochaska and her staff are the best. The only negative comment I can offer is how long I sat waiting to see the Dr. Seems to happen every time I see her. You need to space out the appointments so that the Dr. Has enough time with each patient without delaying subsequent appointments.

I've been seeing Dr Prochaska for over 4yrs since my breast cancer diagnosis. I've always felt very comfortable and confident after each of my visits. She always answers my questions when I have them, especially now that I'm closing in on my 5yrs cancer free.

Dr Prochaska is the best provider I have ever dealt with in my 70 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I have had other oncologist who I didn't care for or trust. It seemed to me they had other agendas. I feel heard & seen by Dr Prochaska. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with cancer.

I'm so impressed with this Dr!!! I came in somewhat skeptical about the medication I knew I would be prescribed and had a lot of questions. She went over all of my pathology reports with me and answered all of my questions. She was thorough and patient, didn't feel rushed at all! This provider routinely runs late, I had a 10:30 appt, and was taken into the exam room at 11:00 and saw the provider at 11:20. This is slower than is typical in Wilmington for medical providers.

On time and understanding staff. Will continue with Dr. Prochaska and recommend her to others.

It was sobgood and totally unexpected after some other health providers. It made me have faith in this facility and its staff.

My experience feelings. As if I was on a production line. Getting me in and out on scheduled time. This is a reoccurring feeling whenever I visit one of your facilities....Name, insurance information, medication information, weight, pulse, temperature, blood pressure. Very short visit with the physician. Handed my visit information and escorted to the exit door. "Production line".

I was hoping to get an answer if the Oncologist spoke with the Chapel Hill surgeon because I have an appointment and I wanted to know what they talked about so I can cancel the surgery.

Dr. Prochaska is thorough. She knows her patients and really listens. She is also compassionate which is what you want when you have or have had cancer.

Dr. Prochaska is one of the most caring physicians I have ever seen. I have had a lot of anxiety and scary mental issues during the past year and she has patiently and competently guided me to a much better place. She continues to work with my other physicians to help me get the continuing care I need. I am eternally grateful to this wonderful human being for all her is and does.

My experience was a good

I have been treated with most respect from the staff, nurse and Dr. They all are so nice and loving. They are on top of everything. I travel 15 miles to my apps. And will stay with them. They all need the biggest reward !!!

Unlike previous apprs, doctor was on schedule.

Doctor was proactive in getting me a follow up test and it was less than an hour after my visit that I had an appointment the next day. Greatly appreciated her advocacy

What I loved most about this visit was the Team. The Assistant was very warm and made me feel at ease even before the Provider came in. She also had great things to say about the Provider. When the Provider came in, the one thing that made a great difference for me was that, although this was my first visit, she knew my chart. She was not flipping through or scrolling through as she spoke to me. She knew what was on my chart without looking which made it feel very personal. As if I was a long time patient. She was great at reassuring me and my fears and concerns about my health issues. The Provider and Team are definitely 11/10.

The appointment went smoothly.

From the moment Dr.P enters the room I feel like there is nothing else on her mind but my care. She is easy to talk with and ensures that I understand everything about my care. Dr. P is as easy to talk to as a best friend. No one wants to have breast cancer but I feel blessed to have Dr. P in my corner.

I had a mammogram it this is the first place I have had one that doesn't provide a wipe to make sure there is no residual deodorant on you.

A person had dirt under there finger nails when taking my temperature in my face.

The team was warm and gracious and I felt I was receiving the best possible care.

I continue to receive top notch care from both Dr. Prochaska and nurse Pat. I know I'm in good hands. The minute I walk into the building. I still feel the care and compassion as much today as the first day I walked in to meet with her back in March of 2019. Four years (as of today), I'm alive, living "cancer-free and my BEST life because of Dr. Prochaska. Novant Is extremely lucky to have her as am I.
