It is always a good experience

Wasn't what I wanted to hear But Doctor explained in great detail To me until I understood my situation. I personally thanked the Doctor , while Thinking how difficult it must be to Have to tell people what they don't want to hear.

Dr Prochaska was very professional, polite and efficient.

Assistant in waiting area were freat offering something to drink and snacks...very nice! The provider was absolutely wonderful. The nurse only wanted yes or no answers, very short! But all in all my experience was good.

Dr. Prochaska answered any questions we had . She was very caring and compassionate.

I feel so blessed to have Dr Prochaska as my oncologist. She is kind, attentive, she takes the time that each patient requires, and she is knowledgeable.

Dr Prochaska made me feel comfortable with her diagnosis and suggestions.

This was a 2nd opinion and she excelled in her recommendations. She suggested some follow-up ideas that I thought were necessary that other providers did not. She is a very caring doctor.

Dr Prochaska treated me as a friend and patient. She was very thorough, explained what I will expect after this 5yr cancer-free diagnoses. How often I will continue to see her, mammograms, etc will be handled by her office. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable.

My doctor is the best doctor I have ever had. She is dedicated,kind and very good with explaining your treatment. She is a big asset to Novant.

The Dr and support staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had good experiences in this office. The only downside is scheduling has been a challenge, I’m just told when my appointment is, no asking about best day or time for me. I have days off during the week but I’m always scheduled on my work days and the scheduling staff have told me I don’t have other options

I was a little worried, BUT they made me feel better about my condition and made me realize that I was in great hands, the care I got was like a good friend by my side and we are going to get through this together, thanks to all the staff.

This was my first visit with Dr. Prochaska and she was terrific. My primary care physician recommended her and she was absolutely correct about her. I am so pleased to be a patient of Dr. Prochaska moving forward with my health care.

They are very kind and considerate and have a lot of empathy. I have been taking care of breast cancer there for almost four years and they have made me feel much better. Thanks to everyone

being apprehensive about a new oncologist after moving to a new town, can i just say is unnerving. but dr prochaska and her staff were off the charts! she knew alot about my past health history and addressed alot of things i had questions about moving forward. everyone told me she was amazing and why i had doubts i'll never know. i look forward to seeing her again in 6 months. her two assistants pat & i can't remember maybe chrissy were also wonderful! don't want to forget them, they keep things rolling i could tell :) it was also day one of a new system of some sort.

My visit with Dr Prochaska I had my family also at the visit Dr Prochaska answered any questions they had we never felt rushed. My family was very impressed with Dr Prochaska they came out of the visit knowing that Dr Prochaska is taking good care of their Mother. I always feel great after I had my visit I know I’m on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Prochaska.

I look forward to my visit to see Dr PochaskA and her staff! They are amazing and very caring !!! They make my visit much easier even though my diagnosis was breast cancer ??

Wonderful folks there!

Great friendly staff from Dr Cresbo and Dustin RN at Scott's hill to he team and nurses at the hospital. Love Deidre...Sarah ...Tish Katy and Alexis. All We're wonderful and should be commended for their caring and happy disposition! Not once did any of them leave my room without asking was there anything I can get for you!! The surgeon and the team who did my heart cath were just as wonderful. It was the whole feeling in the hospital of happy working people! Wonderful experience!!

There was no waiting

Someone attempted to enter the exam room while I was undressed. I had my shirt off and someone knocked then started to enter the room without permission while the doctor was completing her exam. Screens or curtains between the door the exam area could have avoided this uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. The doctor was apologetic and respectful.

Dr. Prochaska and her team have gone above and beyond to insure that I am good to go. They are all my Angels. I thank God that VA sent me to the best team on this side of Heaven.

Dr Prochaska is a wonderful Dr and very compassionate person. Easy to understand, warm personality and I was at ease during my visit.

Dr. Prochaska is the best human being, ever. Her nurse is right up there, too. Beautiful people, intelligent, experienced, and kind.
