The entire team was an absolute joy to be around. Helpful and friendly from start to finish. They made you feel very comfortable throughout the appointment journey. Dr Rhyne was simply phenomenal. He was personable and and exceptional listener. He was empathetic and has exceptional bedside approach. He was able to provide knowledge and perspective while making you feel part of the conversation, not just a passenger along for a ride. I very much appreciated everyone accommodating my acute need on a Friday. Wonderful team! I hope they get to see this feedback. They deserve the praise.

I switched to Novant because of a specific doctor. After the change, when I started seeing specialists, it was so different from where I switched from. Novant cares about it's patients and their well being. They listen and have heart. You don't find that anywhere else. Dr. Rhyne is one of the best doctors on staff.

I felt cared about from walking in the front door, seeing Doctor Rhyne,whom cares to take the time to listen and concerns. Talked in a gentle way, he cares about his patients and their health. It's not about money and getting patients on medication. He really cares. His staff are sweet and caring too. I felt comfortable, calm, no aniexty as I walked out the door for the first time in a very long time.
