I have been a patient of Dr. Karras for many years now and have never had a bad experience regarding my medical care with him or his staff.

Dr. Karras is a great physician. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and explains treatments and plans for your care.

Dean Karras is probably the best, across the board, physician in the area. I know many others who feel the same about his professionalism and thoroughness.

Dr Karras has been my doctor for over 28 years he is the best of the best , would not go to any other doctor.

When he sees anything of concern, he responds with further actions. I drive all the way from Richlands to Myrtle Grove because his medical knowledge and his attention to details are worth it.

always great with Dr Karras and his staff he and they always cover all the bases. They all great you cordially and always check you over for whatever it is that you are seeing them for. I went there for a strained hamstring and to be concerned that i d idn't cause an injury to my new hip . Dr Karras sent me over for an xray and his nurse set up for therapy with Independence therapy at the Novant center on Independence. Everything went so great as always.

We are fortunate to have experienced physicians like dr Karras! Novant should do everything they can to protect and reward knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate physicians like Dr Karras.

Dr. Karras and staff went out of the way to take care of my emergency . They were through and fast and covered all bases Friday afternoon. My emergency started on Wednesday and they were able to run all the tests necessary. Thanks again to all.

Dr Karras is a very knowledgeable doctor who provides relevant information about the results of the lab tests and my ongoing medical issues. I recently was diagnosed with severe plaque in my arteries (hardening of arteries) and proceeded to see a heart specialist and perform several tests including a stress test. Dr Karras was able to explain the results of all the tests performed and how they relate to my condition. It helped me to understand my condition and what actions I should take going forward. I feel lucky he is my family doctor.

Dr Dean Karras is the best General Practitioner I’ve ever had. When I moved to the area I did my research and picked him because of his reviews and back ground. I was very impressed so I called to see if he was taking patients and he was so I am blessed to have him and highly recommend him to anyone that needs a GP. Staff/Dr. should adhere to the same 15 minute guidelines in the exam room, as the sign in the waiting area. I've been left in the exam room twice for an hour w/o seeing anyone.
