The score is not high enough for Dr. Karras! I moved to KY and cannot find a doctor even close to the positive experience that I he has given me as a patient for over 11 years, so I came back to Wilmington to see Dr. Karras for my wellness visit. He is the most caring doctor I have ever had in my 71 years. My family deeply appreciates him.
