The reception lady told me to wait and she was doing nothing and sat down to work on the computer. She could have at least checked me in real quick. I'm almost nine months pregnant. I shouldn't have to stand up and wait while you sit down and do nothing. She sounded like she wouldn't be able to check me in for a while. Luckily the checkout lady offered to check me in but still not a good experience for my first time to this facility.

The admin at the front desk was not what I am used to, seemed otherwise occupied and I had to repeat myself, no greeting and no acknowledgement rather rushed through only to sit for a while wondering what the delay could have been. Dr. Posey and her medical coordinator was and always remains wonderful!

I always receive excellent care.

I have recommended Dr. Posey to multiple people!! She's wonderful and definitely takes the time to listen. Her staff is incredible as well! Very professional and compassionate.

Dr. Posey made me feel very comfortable. She addressed my concerns and questions thoroughly and gave me several sound options for two issues I brought up. The nurse, Yolanda, who did my intake was so friendly and engaging. Front office staff was welcoming.

I had a little bit of anxiety about the procedure I was receiving that day. I was walked through everything that would happen and given full confidence. Everyone from front desk to check out was so helpful and kind.

I showed up for a 1:30pm ultrasound appointment, which they ask you to show up 15 min early too. Then sat in the waiting area until 2:10 before being called, which then delayed my 2:15 appointment with the MD. There was minimal communication of delays and/or estimated time frame

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I was advised of the HPV vaccine that I previously had not been offered by former doctors offices. That was great info!

All staff members were friendly and kept me updated of the delays. Dr. Posey was patient, personable, non-judgmental, and helpful with a plan.

Obviously OB issues are the most personal and private for women. I would venture to say it's not a visit most women look forward to. I've never understood why there is an open waiting room in offices like these. These drs are better than others i have visited but there is always room for improvement.

Early morning is the time to go. No wait. Staff is great - pleasant and friendly. Dr. Posey takes the time to listen and never rushes through an appointment

I appreciate having a provider who listens to what I have to say and preparing a plan that will work for me. Trust is very important.

The movement of the weigh station to a more private space and not right as you arrive was much appreciated. As well as the fact that blood pressure was taken in a smaller space not a room with multiple people and stations.

Provider was very detailed in the explanation of my needs, and provided several options for help.

My appointment with Dr. Posey was a pre-surgical consult. I found her to be very informative and knowledgeable. She took time to explain the procedure and made sure all of my questions were answered.

Only issue is prices are really high and it discourages people from coming to seek care they need if not routine

running behind about 40min, They did let me know that there was one other person ahead of me, but after sitting for about 25 minutes I popped my head out the door to check.

Dr. Posey has been a phenomenal obgyn to have. I have had so many issues in the past with different doctors not respecting my needs or listening to what issues I'm having simply because I am younger. Once I switched to Dr.Posey she has made sure to make me feel comfortable and listen to all my concerns. She has been phenomenal.

The lady at the desk was warm and welcoming Dr Posey's assistant felt like a new friend, very enjoyable. Dr Posey herself is amazingly knowledgeable, and very caring.

This was a follow up to the partial hysterectomy that Dr Posey did. From my first appointment, to the day of the surgery to every day afterwards up to this appointment, Dr Posey, and her team have been absolutely wonderful. Any questions I had were answered any documentation needed for work was given. I could not have asked for a better experience.
