Dr. Amanie listen & explain to me how I was on right track of eating better but not doing it right where it's was healthy for me or my body. I truly gain so much insight in her education of food & how preparing it & what different type of food will help me over all my weight loss & healthy life style.

Amanie is an awesome provider, knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that she heard my many concerns and took her time educating me on my options. She corrected what I thought were healthy habits and gave me simple recommendations to improve going forward. Armed with a plan and resources for every aspect of the journey, I feel more confident than I ever have that I can lose the weight and lower my A1C without sacrificing all my favorite foods.
