I like the quick response from the team to start working with my issues.

I waited 35 min til Alicia came onto the video, but she did text me that she'd be late. I'm glad we did this visit online bc I have a 1and 1/2 hour trip to the hospital and this visit was fine on video.

The genuine compassion the people show toward me is beyond description and means the world to me as a first time cancer patient.

Alicia was concerned about my exam. Since I already had an exam last month. She did not feel comfortable not examining me for herself. Which made me feel very comfortable with her. Understanding the need to ensure my exam was handled by her. And not going by someone else's exam. And I did tell her I appreciated that very much. It's good to know that there are still doctors out there that truly are concerned about their patients. And I believe Alicia is one of them. Both staff members was very friendly. Thank you for your care and understanding.

Great care and followup

This was first time seeing Dr. Robinsons' PA, Alicia Johnson. She was FANTASTIC. Had briefed herself on my issues, was attentive and gentle, very thorough and comprehensive overview. And I was able to get into see her for spotting issue immediately. Very very pleased with entire experience.

Alicia Johnson FNP and Melinda, RN were extremely professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the time of the appointment. Alicia was so kind and put my anxiety at ease by explaining in detail her assessment and what the procedure would entail. I genuinely felt like I was indeed important . She and Melinda made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed.

It was pleasant and on time.

This is the only facility and staff in the area that makes me feel like they know me and care for the reason I am in their care. I have been looking for a primary physcian that exhibits care and interest in my needs... this search has been ongoing for several years.

This is the 2nd yor I saw Alicia the family NP. I cannot tell you how impressed I am. She takes the time to go over a lot of teaching and addresses my concerns. I love her!
