Alicia was awesome. Listened and addressed my concerns. Redressed the wound and called in prescription to alleviate cough and help w/sleep.

Alicia listened to my concerns. She said she would review my iron studies and get back to me about the next steps if that was the problem. The studies were not done! I ended up having to go to my local doctor to have them tested. The order was not sent properly resulting in more phone calls. Alicia also suggested a change in one of my meds. It was not called in to my pharmacy resulting in an extra trip for me.
