Although I was treated with respect. I felt like my visit was very impersonable. My doctor didn't know anything about me, I heard the nurse brief her on my age and my pregnancy status and that's it.. i feel like just a number there.

I felt she really listened to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I also did not feel rushed or hurried . I appreciated her scheduling an imaging procedure to be thorough and cautious.

Everyone was really nice and courteous. Really did nit have a long wait before I was seen by the doctor.

Dr Freeman and her team are great . Very personable , and I never feel rushed . Dr Freeman takes the time to thoroughly explain what’s happening in my body , she even draws pictures/diagrams to help me understand what’s going on and my options for next steps . She’s one of the best specialists I’ve been to within Novant (and I’ve met with many ) . I really appreciate her bedside manner and the care she provides .
