I very much appreciated Dr. Andrews working me in and seeing me so quickly. He was very friendly, informative, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me good advice.

Dr. Andrew’s was very thoughtful, taking time to explain things to me clearly. He responded to my questions and came up with a plan of treatment. He was empathetic towards me regarding the cost of the prescription.

Dr Andrews was very professional and listened very attentively to my health concerns. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends .

I would have no hesitation seeing Dr Andrew's and his support staff again if and when needed. He gained my confidence within a few minutes by explaining my condition and how I should treat it. I could tell he likes his profession as well as his patients. So very grateful for meeting this doctor and for knowing he is with Novant.

The only problem I see is how long it takes to get an appointment. Not only Dr Andrews, but all medical personnel in the county. I find myself worried if I do need a medical personnel I'll have to go to the ER. I feel unless I am dieing I should be not be going there.

I was in tears when I reached my car due to the rude, and abrupt treatment by the doctor. I was afraid to ask obvious questions about my care given the attitude I was subjected to when braving the questions I did ask. I don’t think it’s a good dr that makes his patients feel unwelcome and unimportant.

He is the best gastroenterologist I’ve ever had, hands down.
