I was treated as though my time was very valuable. Actually it really was. My appointment was at 2:30. I am so thankful for a reminder call because I had totally forgotten about it. My Grandson’s birthday was on the same day. We were celebrating at 6:00 in Huntersville. The only time I felt like I had to wait an unusually long time was at the lab. I assume two of the three technicians were on a break because another elderly lady accompanied by her daughter seemed upset by the long wait also.

I teach Health Communication at the university level and have used many personal examples from my meetings with Dr. Karriker. She is efficient and effective while maintaining a personable demeanor.
