Ms. Gillian was concerned and had talk with my medical doctor and was very good explaining.

Dr. Gilliam is always so good to actually listen to her patients. All of my family sees her and each time she is amazing. She makes you feel heard and any concerns addressed. Totally trust her input and care plans.

Ms.Gilliam is always so friendly and welcoming. She is easy to talk to and she listens to my concerns. After checking out my sore thumb and hand, she asked what else she could help me with. I told her I forgot which 2 shots Dr. English told me to get, so she looked that up for me. I also told her I seem unusually tired lately, so she ordered a blood test to check things out! Very professional!

I don’t know why there can’t be something done about the discharge situation! I know that everyone has a job to do but there shouldn’t take two to three hours to be discharged from this facility!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PERSONNEL

I was extremely happy withy appointment, I was treated very well. I felt listened to and cared about. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. My questions were answered, and she was very careful with examining me. Also, I was given a phone that afternoon with the results of a test that was done. I also received a follow up phone the next day, by this provider to tell me, what next steps would be and what to expect. I was extremely pleased with this visit, as I always am with this office and the providers I see in this office.
