Ms.Gilliam is always so friendly and welcoming. She is easy to talk to and she listens to my concerns. After checking out my sore thumb and hand, she asked what else she could help me with. I told her I forgot which 2 shots Dr. English told me to get, so she looked that up for me. I also told her I seem unusually tired lately, so she ordered a blood test to check things out! I don’t know why there can’t be something done about the discharge situation! I know that everyone has a job to do but there shouldn’t take two to three hours to be discharged from this facility!!!

They got me an appointment quickly and handled my infection swiftly and successfully.

Dr. Kummer was not in on the day of my appointment. I was called prior to my appointment to see if I would like to reschedule. I was familiar with Ms. Gilliam. She listened to my concerns, and went over my recent blood work. I was very happy with my care.
