This was the first time dealing with this doctor and I was amazed at how caring she was and how well she explained what was going on with me and the next steps to address the problem. Loved her.

Pleasant contact. Good info. Caring.I just don't feel comfortable starting these shots without more instructions of technique. Maybe a separate appt is needed to have a nurse instruct and demonstrate how to administer the med. Sometimes you just need hands on first. Paper pictures may not be enough.

I really like this doctor, she is patient and explaining things to me and very helpful. Also, I don't feel rushed.

Great service

I felt unheard by my provider. She wanted to run 1000 tests before doing what was needed to be done to find out. She didn’t say but so much because she felt that I didn’t understand and spoke to me in a condescending manner already requested to have another provider with Atrium HEALTH. Also, she doesn’t wanna do a follow up for another two months and the rest will be done next year. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Novant health.

Dr. Jaju is the first Dr. that has truly taken my symptoms seriously. I finally have faith that she is going to find out what is wrong.

Dr. Jaju was very good explaining why I had extra calcium in blood. She has recommended a treatment we hope will work. Has planned future blood work and return to office.

I have had many problems with this office. Reception is not very nice. I am already sick. And not feeling well. And to encounter attitudes and rude behavior its a lot to bare. Also when I need to pay my copay if i choose to pay cash. At least have the change to give back. It’s Inconvenient to me.

Dr. Jaju spent time with me and did not make feel rushed during my MANY questions. Gave me a printout of the summary of our visit.

a prescription was sent to my pharmacy for a medication that was not discussed with me and that could have had some negative effects. I will discuss this with Doctor Jaju the next time I come in.

Dr Jaju is a great doctor, but I sometimes have a hard time understanding her due to her dialect. Maybe it is just me.
