The CHF Clinic personnel with Dr. Rommel are exceptional. No where in SENC can we find this level of care. Wonderful beyond words.

Dr. Rommel always listens to all my concerns and works with me to come up with the best plan to treat my heart failure condition. The staff is always dedicated to helping me by listening and informing me of my vitals and informing me of important information I need to know.

Appointment had to be rescheduled based on availability of both patient and doctor. Dr. Rommel's schedule is so full that appointments cannot be made on the day of the visit in some degree because his calendar for appointments does not go far enough out.

DR. J ROMMEL AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS PATIENTS HE TAKES TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN HIS DIAGNOSIS ALTHOUGH HE HAS MANY PATIENTS TO BE SEEN BESIDES YOURSELF I THINK HE AND HIS TEAM ARE AWESOME.

Dr Rommel was excellent. The nurse (Marina) was very responsive and very helpful. The My Chart portal is a bit confusing, but eventually figured it out.

Great staff..great cardiologist...seemed genuinely concerned about my health.

I am pleased that when it is my appointment time I am taken back. No waiting. I have never had to wait more than five minutes before I went back. Dr. Rommel and staff are extremely helpful. I am grateful for the wonderful care I receive.

Dr Rommel is a compassionate, careful listener. He is thorough and patient in explaining all medical issues. He is highly trained and his reputation in the medical community around me is stellar!

Dr. Rommel is an amazing cardiologist and always listens and takes time with me at all of my appointments. The nurse called me to explain my lab results and the front desk staff are so friendly!

Dr John Rommel and his team were very professional and responsive. As a Heart Failure specialist he has a plan in place for extending my life which I am willing to follow. Looking forward to seeing where this plan takes me. I am still a bit dumbfounded that I wasn't referred to Dr Rommel when my heart entered the "Heart Failure" phase.
