I believe Dr. Romanowski is exceptional. I actually saw another NOVANT Orthopedic practice and when I learned that Dr. Romanowski actually performs this particular surgery, there was no question that I would choose him when I had no choice but to have a surgery. I have had two shoulder surgeries with Dr. Romanowski, this hand surgery and now, my husband will have a shoulder surgery next month with him. He is thoughtful and patient and his explanations are presented in a realistic and positive manner.
