PA Jake Coffman was great with explaining how the doctor could help me and what the treatment would be for my medical concern. Also, great follow through on another problem that showed up on my x-rays. I'll be going Monday to have additional x-rays for that possible medical issue.

My time spent with Jake Coffman was very helpful in diagnosing my lower back pain. His demeanor was professional and he listened to the background information I provided from previous visits with other providers. He scheduled me for an x-ray, which occurred during the same visit. I had results of the x-ray on My Chart the same day. Excellent service and very much appreciated.

My appointment was handled by other resources than was originally scheduled. This was not an issue as these resources were very talented and did a great job.

I had called to confirm this Clinic could address and help my pain in Right hand middle finger, and perform a Nerve Burn procedure to block the pain,, I was told YES we/They do this type of procedure,, I explained in detail injury 12/24/2021. Dog Bite with many visit PT and Pain Management No help.. still spent money Co-Pay $20.00 and have a less than ten minute evaluation from PA Jake, this were very Unacceptable based on Previous verbal statements that Clinic could help me.. yet being told they can’t help me and then Schedule a follow up appointment are also Unacceptable.. I do Not Recommend this Clinic to Any one Regards A Not Happy Person with extreme Pain.

Jake was very thorough in explaining exactly what has been causing my pain. He was the first provider to actually show me pictures of my spine indicating a disc out of alignment as well as a narrowing of my spinal column obstructing nerve passage both causing my pain. He recommended spinal injections that an experienced physician could perform there in the office.

Jake was very thorough. He showed me the MRI and my problem areas. He explained and answered all my questions. Very nice. He gets a 10

The office opened late this day, and it took staff 15-20 mins before they could allow me to check in for the first appointment of the day. The provider then took 10-15 minutes before I actually saw him. He was great, and so were the staff. However, when you ask us to be 15 minutes early, the expectation is the employees are ready to go when I arrive.
