I felt like he was just trying to get through the appointment to me. It seemed like he had no interest. I had to ask him questions about a care plan.

Some of the nicest caring Medical staff I have ever seen.

The doctor was very nice and explained everything in a way I could understand. What I was shown was a little shocking but he made me feel at ease. We discussed what to do next and I already have an appointment for a surgeon to see my scan. I would highly recommend the doctor to anyone that requires this kind of care.

Jake Coffman was wonderfu! He explained the diagnosed cause of my pain, and also the proposed treatments and expected benefits. So good to have some idea of reson for pain experienced for almost 6 full months. I spent 11 weeks of that time trying Physical Therapy, which I am trying hard to not look at as a waste of pain-filled time!

I have a lot of respect for the several professionals who I come in contact with. I also have the utmost confidence in Jake.

Doctor listened and didn’t just say issue was just from getting older. He offered real doable solutions.

Would liked to have got next appt sooner but I understand they are very busy. But they told me they would get me in sooner if they had any cancelations. I have been seen by them before and I like them very much, and I trust them

I have always been extremely pleased with the care I receive from Jake Coffman. He listens to my concerns and explains things very clearly. He cares about me and my needs and is so prompt in answering my chart messages and is always on time for appointments. He has taken excellent care of me and I could not value his care more highly.

I have been in so much pain since July 2024. I chose to try Physical Therapy first, hoping for elimination of my pain. I don't regret my decision - the PT sessions reduced pain somewhat and provided me with very helpful exercises for maintaining ongoing body strength. My visit to the Spine Specialists Center was so reassuring to me that I could get the additional help I need for my pain. I was immediately comfortable with my visit with Jake Coffman. His manner assured me that he understood my situation - he listened closely to my explaination of my pain. And the staff members were welcoming and displayed a needed caring attitude. Excellent experience!

PA Jake Coffman was great with explaining how the doctor could help me and what the treatment would be for my medical concern. Also, great follow through on another problem that showed up on my x-rays. I'll be going Monday to have additional x-rays for that possible medical issue.

Both the PA I saw and the medical assistant who took my vitals were very nice. They took time to explain the options to me and asked did I have any questions. Took the time and I felt as though they cared about me the patient.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the way you do your testing in there, but I was accused Having THC in my system and dropped off the program

My time spent with Jake Coffman was very helpful in diagnosing my lower back pain. His demeanor was professional and he listened to the background information I provided from previous visits with other providers. He scheduled me for an x-ray, which occurred during the same visit. I had results of the x-ray on My Chart the same day. Excellent service and very much appreciated.

My appointment was handled by other resources than was originally scheduled. This was not an issue as these resources were very talented and did a great job.

I had called to confirm this Clinic could address and help my pain in Right hand middle finger, and perform a Nerve Burn procedure to block the pain,, I was told YES we/They do this type of procedure,, I explained in detail injury 12/24/2021. Dog Bite with many visit PT and Pain Management No help.. still spent money Co-Pay $20.00 and have a less than ten minute evaluation from PA Jake, this were very Unacceptable based on Previous verbal statements that Clinic could help me.. yet being told they can?t help me and then Schedule a follow up appointment are also Unacceptable.. I do Not Recommend this Clinic to Any one Regards A Not Happy Person with extreme Pain.

Usually they’re really good about letting clients know when there is an issue being short staff . This was the only time! I am happy with the treatment! I feel like they care and are doing all they can for my overall care. I am having a better life because of the care. I am greatful!

Jake was very thorough in explaining exactly what has been causing my pain. He was the first provider to actually show me pictures of my spine indicating a disc out of alignment as well as a narrowing of my spinal column obstructing nerve passage both causing my pain. He recommended spinal injections that an experienced physician could perform there in the office.

Jake was very thorough. He showed me the MRI and my problem areas. He explained and answered all my questions. Very nice. He gets a 10
