The office opened late this day, and it took staff 15-20 mins before they could allow me to check in for the first appointment of the day. The provider then took 10-15 minutes before I actually saw him. He was great, and so were the staff. However, when you ask us to be 15 minutes early, the expectation is the employees are ready to go when I arrive.

I really like Jake Coffman...and the nurses were all nice and friendly. The only problem is getting the resulting necessary app't. which is always so far out...but I understand they are really busy and have a lot of patients to treat. Overall, they are good!

Nurse Nikki and Jake took Excellent Care of me In my moment of need ! I really appreciated the level of care shown to me that day.

I called as a new patient in April and was told appointments were not available until August. I felt like the appointment was rushed and I wasn’t asked enough information before the potential solutions were presented to me. Not the fault of the provider, but it’s wild that a spine specialist office doesn’t have the ability to perform X-rays in their office. I was contacted by someone else in the office, not the provider, to let me know my X-rays were normal but the provider suggested SI injections. I don’t feel educated enough on what that means but it seems like a bandaid for the pain and it didn’t feel like anyone cared to figure out the actual cause of the pain. I would have liked to speak with the provider for more information but I think I will just find a second opinion elsewhere.
