Dr. Taylor asked if I had any questions and I had several. She listened to each one carefully and provided options to address each one. She gave me her opinion but also gave me the freedom to choose an option that felt right for me. She made referrals for those options and people have already reached out to me. I felt listened to and heard. It was a very good experience.

Dr. Taylor is a very good doctor and she knows a lot about the body. She gives helpful advice all the time. I'm glad to have her as my primary doctor.

For the last several months, I have not been able to see my provider, Dr. Mueller. This has been very frustrating. If i call even 30 minutes after the office opens, i can see him same day. Not real happy about this.

This clinic runs like clockwork, and everyone seems so in sync, from check-in, to being called promptly to the examining room, then vitals with a nurse, doctor always arrives promptly afterwards, and labs done immediately if needed. I feel the clinic has a lot of respect for my time, and I trust their professionalism and the fact that they seem to genuinely care about my health and well being.

I am not sure what’s going on with her professional and personal life that might be affecting her ability to take care of her patients.
