Jenna is beyond amazing. I never feel rushed when seeing her. Listens and addresses any concerns I have. The few times I have contacted her through patient portal, her response is prompt (including sending the message at 10pm because it was the first time that day she was able to respond!) Sadly, when you go to a doctor's office now, you feel like a "number." Jenna, even though she is young, is "old school." She genuinely cares. I definitely trust her with my well-being whereas other offices, I have left wondering if they were even looking at my file!
