Having been a RN for 30+ years I would choose her over any one for my health care provider in her field of Expertise!

Dr. Ly was extremely professional and nice. She did not treat me as a number, she treated me as a patient and listened to me and gave me treatment options. The nurse was extremely nice and professional as well.

When I told Kao my knee was really acting up she got me scheduled in for steroid shots. She is very attentive to listening to her patients. Love her.

I would like to thank Kao for listening to my concerns. I was in a lot of pain on Monday and she took that into consideration. She worked with me prescribing new medication. I look forward to seeing improvement in my health.

I absolutely love Dr. Otool and I followed him to this practice. Now I love Kay and would followed her anywhere. They both take awesome care of me. The staff is always friendly and welcoming from the check - in to checking- out. The nurses are all very friendly and informative.

Why are my medical appointments almost always with a nurse practitioner? Haven't seen actual dr for years except when I broke my hip. NP's, in my experience, tend to prefer writing prescriptions, not seeking cure
