Kao Ly, FNP

I felt like just another patient. Like my problems were the same as others. The lack of empathy/concern made me feel like my pain was insignificant. I have been in pain for over 2 months, unable to walk and I felt like it was unimportant. Instead of exploring why or what is going on, I was pushed on through to get an injection. How do they know this is what I need? When does anyone explore what is actually going on instead of slapping a band aid on it?

Dr Ly is very open to my (blunt & experimental) questions & thoughts including my chiropractor's thoughts. She also remembered some very specific concerns from my previous visit. I guess good notes. Ultimately, initially getting in is the difficult part.

Kao is wonderful, a good listener and remembers my health issues. She always follows up with the other team members to make sure I get proper treatments and procedures. I drive 3.5 hours to see her because I trust her.

KL is a fantastic person as well as a provider for your care. 100 %! She listen's intently ; is a very warm & caring person. She goes over & beyond choosing what she can do to make you as comfortable as she can. Dr. Ly was extremely professional and nice. She did not treat me as a number, she treated me as a patient and listened to me and gave me treatment options. The nurse was extremely nice and professional as well.

Kao Ly, NP was excellent she is smart knowledgeable and explained everything to me she listened to me and I felt better after leaving her visit even though physically I was still in pain. Iam am taking the meds she prescribed and feeling better physically.

When I told Kao my knee was really acting up she got me scheduled in for steroid shots. She is very attentive to listening to her patients. Love her.
