I absolutely love Dr. Otool and I followed him to this practice. Now I love Kay and would followed her anywhere. They both take awesome care of me. The staff is always friendly and welcoming from the check - in to checking- out. The nurses are all very friendly and informative.

Why are my medical appointments almost always with a nurse practitioner? Haven't seen actual dr for years except when I broke my hip. NP's, in my experience, tend to prefer writing prescriptions, not seeking cure

Everyone there are very respectful and willing to help you anyway they can. Doctor Kay has always helped me with any problems that I was having. She listens to you and answers all the questions you have and then tells you what needs to be done about the problem you are having. She never tries to hurry you up to get you out of there. She and everyone there are very professional at the jobs that they do.
