Always a very good experience

So glad I kept the appt. I had given up on being able to get rid of my daily migraines.

Her care and concern about my pain was much appreciated. She listened to me and proceeded to discuss options for care. Very impressed by her knowledge and understanding of pain I'm experiencing

Kao was very detailed in her listing of some possible treatment options, but we never got beyond a high level discussion. No discussion of risks, what imaging indicated or potential risks of each option. She felt the visit was premature due to the fact that I had been referred to multiple providers.

Recommended PT and a prescription that had to be mailed to me from pharmacy in Raleigh. Had not heard anything in 2 days so called office and PA had not processed referral for PT and not sent in Prescription. I am in pain and wanted treatment in as soon as possible. I fell through the cracks evidently.
