The staff at Novant was quick to follow up and post my test results on the web portal. Also they were proactive in referring my issues to another medical specialist for further treatment.

I did not feel rushed out of the office. All questions answered adequately.

Pine Forest runs like a well oiled machine. No waiting in a lobby. The nurse assistant Jasmine was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. And Dr Tighe is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personal. I have already sent him 6 patients.

I’ve been with Novant for I guess close to 25 years in the Piedmont section of North Carolina and down here at the coast would not go anywhere else…..

The best Doctor in the Novant System

Satisfied with this office.

In this visit Dr. Tighe did not seem too interested in the bump on the back of my head after a fall 48 hours before the visit. He suspected a concussion but didn’t suggest a MRI although I already have a diagnosed brain disease.

Dr Tighe is an exemplary, skilled and diligent MD. He is kind and listens carefully. My personal health issues are complicated and he is always looking to find answers. He explains details about my health and is quick to research a bit to see what the next steps should be, including referrals if needed. Unfortunately the support staff makes frequent errors resulting in delayed referrals, incomplete or incorrect paperwork and input into health data. They seem to enjoy working together and the camaraderie is evident. Sometimes this may be a distraction from the need for accuracy, professional ambience and expedience in patient’s care.

DTighe and his staff were very kind and patient. They tood as much time as was necessary to be thorough. Thanks.

Always treated with care and respect

Novant Pine Forest is like going to my family doctor (same person) for 40 years.

I am VERY happy with the medical care I always receive from Dr. Tighe and everyone at the Novant Pine Forest office. And that includes the nurse practitioners, the nurses, the phlebotomists and the support staff that handles appointment scheduling and other office matters. The facility being about 5 minutes walking distance from my home is icing on the cake.

staff is always professional and caring. Dr Tighe is concerned about total care of individual, mentally, physically and compassionate. Especially with the influx of people moving to area they do an amazing job of keeping in touch, and I always get a response right away whether it be call or a portal and I believe that they do their best to address my needs or refer to specialist Very kind Dr

I did come to my appointment 20 minutes ahead of schedule as requested. Then sat in the too for over 20 for the nurse. Then another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. He’s wonderful. But I will never come 20 minutes early again.
