Allie Smith and all on staff were very efficient , nice and helpful to me.

My Provider was very understanding of my severe hearing loss as doccumented by the new test results from my Audiologist. She used my portable Microphone in which to speak, which enabled me to comprehend exactly what she was saying. I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge of the various issues with which we are working to resolve.

Allie is awesome. She really takes her time with you, listens and addresses all concerns. She makes sure you understand everything before she leaves the room.

Abby Schugart? was excellent. The MA was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

The intake nurses and surgical nurses were highly professional and courteous and maintained a sense of humor. Dr. McPhail was excellent at clearance neg up some questions and confusion. The anesthesia MD and RN explained from A 2 Z what would transpire in surgery. I apologize that I am not at all hood with remembering names, but I am sure the records will show who was assigned.

Allie is a PA, but she is very good at her job. She checks, listens and does her best to help you to be the best you can be. We need more caring Dr. in this world we live in today.
