Ever since I was a young kid in Toronto, I knew I wanted to be a physician. I find the human body - and especially the heart - fascinating, and I love the challenges inherent in managing disease.

But what I have found I really value is being able to talk to my patients, get to know them, understand what motivates them and then help them feel better and live longer, healthier lives.

Loved Dr Tanenbaum. He was very personable and seemed very interested in me as his patient. He listened to everything I had to say. Explained everything that was going on, And it was obvious he had read all the notes from my hospital stay. He discussed treatment options and ask for my input on them, which was amazing.
