At age 67 I've had a lot of experience with doctors and highly value exceptional ones. Dr Shashpal Is exceptional at explaining whatever Is needed. I voiced my gratefulness he was recommended to me and I was now under his care.

The doctor was most kind, knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining everything to me and my husband. Very thankful for him.

I was amazed on how Dr Shashpal went over the physiology of my health condition over a board and explaining to me how the TSH and pituitary gland works. He also was willing to explain more as long as I was ok with it. Me being a scientist myself was supper interested in know more about ho the medication works and why I should always use a brand from a single manufacturer. He was super nice with me.

I especially liked the whiteboard diagraming of what could be going on with my thyroid.

Dr. Shashpal gave me a full explanation of my thyroid and it was very helpful. I loved his explanation on the board with the pictures.
