After leaving the office, I had a question so I sent a message via Mychart. She addressed my concern, and told me to check in on Sunday to let her know how I'm doing.

The provider recommended a referral to an ear specialist. Four days later there was still no referral. In fact there was no data entered in my medical history. I called the practice again today and as of this moment my history has not been updated and I have not been contacted.
