Steven Frantz is on3 of the best physical assistants I have ever encountered. His professional knowledge shows each time I see him (every three months for the same shot in the same location) in the way he explains aspects of my situation. At each appointment, he examines my joint, explains its condition, answers questions patiently. Never do I feel rushed! He is friendly, compassionate and kind. Each appointment I make for this treatment, I request him as my provider..

Dr Franz and his nurse were amazing! Even though my issue was with the spine and not the knee, they worked to get my radiologist report (not in Novant) while I was in the exam room and shared it with me and what it meant. They were both so kind, actively listened to what I was saying and gave me great care! I would 100/100 definitely recommend them to anyone.

The entire staff at Orthopedic office have been so supportive during my follow up appointments after my rotator cuff surgery and my challenges with my recovery.

I appreciate the courtesy I appreciate not waiting so long in the waiting room. I appreciate from the time I will put in the room. It wasn’t too long before the first nurse you know came in so the only thing I can say is just keep up the courtesy, the smile on your face and making the patient feel like the other most important person even though they might have problems at home it just seems like they take their time to cater to us, the patient at least they did it to me and for me that’s it until next visit
