This was a new doctor for me, and I was a little nervous cause I'm used to the only one I've had. But she was genuinely caring and really helped me. Made me feel supported, and helped with issues I've been having.

I felt she took this in hand and got me the treatment I needed to get to feeling better.

Only way it could have been better would have been if my cholesterol numbers were lower.

Everyone person, from the receptionist to the doctor, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking care.

Dr Shepperson was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns and I left feeling appreciative of the time she spent with me.

I went in because of headaches and some dizziness. Kirstin could have passed it off as vertigo, but instead due to some family history, she ordered an immediate MRI. Found out I had had a stroke at some point. Very great full for the fast action.

The doctor I had before retired and she was great,so I was nervous about meeting my new doctor. Once I met Kirsten, I was so amazed and I felt so comfortable. She's wonderful and I'm sure glad she's over my care!!!!

Extremely concerned staff

I never like going to the doctor, Kirsten made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visit. She took a lot of my anxiety away. Everyone was kind and very courteous. Kirsten took out time to answer all my questions and concerns..and provide me with great ideas of products I could try. I was also in and out quickly.

I appreciate being seen on short notice and appreciated the doctor being understanding of my needs. Good experience all around.

The PA was excellent and very non threatening when giving the memory test. She just very smoothly worked it into conversation about her care for my sister. My sister only had good things to say about our entire visit. Thank you!

Kirsten and Ashley were a great team to have. The only issue I had was that I called the day before for an appointment and was given an afternoon appointment. However, I was in so much pain that I called back for an earlier appointment and was told that the afternoon appointment did not exist. That is very concerning to me. Thank goodness I did call back because otherwise I would have shown up in the afternoon.
