This young man is very smart, with that he stops and listens to every word I say. Mr. Lacata (spelling sorry), is an outstanding professional with many great years of helping people in front of him. I only hope my sentiments in writing within this forum gets passed on to him, with proper spelling of his name.

I've always had kind, clear care from Novant. Mr. Licata! He was helpful, accommodating and curious as to my next steps even if not with Novant. I'm so grateful!

After the nurse left I did express how mad I was and Dr. Licata was apologetic for how I was treated.
