I never felt heard. When I tried to bring up incidents I felt could have been avoided she responded with Well let's be grateful you are doing better. I felt that was condescending. I don't have to come back for a year and contemplating checking into a different practice . I will be giving some thought to that over this year

Dr Zhao listened to my concerns and took time to discuss treatment options.

Dr. Zhao is very thorough and gave the best explanation so far of my medical problems and the treatment approach.
