I found Dr Alli to be very informed and very warm and personal. He informed me of the problem, the other problems it would cause in the future. And then he gave me a way to fix the problem in a less invasive way. My son and I were impressed with the way Novant handled the explanation of the problem with 2 doctors giving different ways of handling it. We found that helpful in making a decision. We found everyone to be very personable and helpful.

Dr. Ali and Carol are wonderful providers. They each explained what was going to happen during my surgery!

Even though it took me almost a year to seek consultation and begin this process; I am completely satisfied thus far. I have never needed any surgical procedures in the last 38 years. I pray Gods blessings and that this will help extend my life in a positive way.

Dr. Alli listens to everything you say. He also explains things so someone with a non medical background can understand!! He’s very knowledgeable and puts the patients wellness as top priority!

Dr. Ali assistant went over my medications with me. I handed her a 4×6 card of the medications Dr. Ali has me on and does the refills. I told her my Potassium needed refilling ASAP. Also, would she please send the others to Walgreens and gave her the address to be put on file for refills. I would be needing them before I saw Dr. Ali again. I checked with Walgreens today, I was seen yesterday. They had no correspondence from Dr. Ali's office. I went to the portal and ask for the Potassium again. I later checked with Walgreens and I had to submit to have it filled, it wasn't sent as to be filled today. Whenever, I was seeing Dr. Alexander his nurse always kept my prescriptions on file with Walgreens so, I wouldn't have to call or go through the portal and wait for a reply. Holidays, weekends and other things can delay prescriptions. It's irratitating when I take the time to write every script down and hand them to his assistant, and they let me think they will take care of medications. I am throughly satisfied with Dr. Ali and would always highly recommend him. However, my prescriptions need some attention. If there's a different protocol from Dr. Alexander, I need to be informed.
