This provider is listening carefully to the patient , cooperative, but the nurse was not good at all.

Dr. Patel was not rushed, was very calm, kind, thorough, explained his findings and asked me what questions I had. He discussed them all making sure he had answered to my understanding and satisfaction. Great physician & great experience with the entire visit from start to finish!

Dr A. Patel is the nicest, most knowledgeable rheumatologist I know from experience. The staff at the clinic is pleasant and professional.

I think the front desk should be taught the importance of making a patient feel seen and important. Do not get that vibe when you walk in or out. I have called as well, it is either awesome or it’s not, no half way. Dr Patel is smart, approachable and a delight every time I see him. I just do not want him to be judged on the actions of his front desk staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Patel! He is very purposeful and prompt. Hr makes me feel like I am his only patient, when obviously that is not the case. He spends my appointment time sufficiently and never makes me feel like he is too busy to make sure I am comfortable with all we discuss and very through in any and all explanations and instructions he has for me. I know he truly cares for my health and well being and he makes it known that we are a team working together to get to and maintain control of diagnoses so that I can enjoy a good quality of life. He truly is the best and I am so thankful I found him!! It was a bit rough up until so. He is one of a kind, for sure!

Highly unusual medical appointment: EVERY staff member from registration to discharge was kind, courteous and seemed genuinely happy in their job! The physician and his assistant offered sufficient time to complete an update to my chart and for the physician to complete a thorough evaluation and patient education. As a medical professional myself, I am very aware of the quality of care this office offers their clientele and am so grateful to have found them! Quality care and genuine connection in medical care is not so common these days. Kudos and my respect go to this office for the care they offer their clientele!

Very good experience from the time I arrived. The First Lady at the desk was positive and professional. The nurse I spoke with before meeting the doctor was professional. She also had positive feedback about the doctor. The doctor, it was obvious he enjoys what he does. He seems to make it his mission to find out what is causing your issues. I’m not the type that writes flowery reviews but I due give credit where it’s due.
