I was scheduled maybe a month or so out, not terrible for a specialist. I was 8 minutes late and the receptionist acted like it was a Greek tragedy. However, my wait to be called back was pretty short and the PA was cordial. Dr. Patel was amazing! He was very thorough and matter of fact. I felt confident and comfortable with his knowledge, ability to ask the right questions, and his honesty that came through in his clear answers and explanations. I feel really good about his suggestions and the course of care so far. I'm hopeful that my health issue will be resolved. I would strongly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone!

I think the front desk should be taught the importance of making a patient feel seen and important. Do not get that vibe when you walk in or out. I have called as well, it is either awesome or it’s not, no half way. Dr Patel is smart, approachable and a delight every time I see him. I just do not want him to be judged on the actions of his front desk staff.

Highly unusual medical appointment: EVERY staff member from registration to discharge was kind, courteous and seemed genuinely happy in their job! The physician and his assistant offered sufficient time to complete an update to my chart and for the physician to complete a thorough evaluation and patient education.
