Dr. Ring and the nurse were incredibly kind and really listened to me. They didn’t hurry through the appointment. It Felt like they truly cared. I Could not have been more impressed! I left and immediately recommended her to two other friends!!

I had such a great experience with Dr.Ring. She is awesome and so comforting.

The nurse I think her name is Denise, is wonderful. I wasn’t having the best day going into my appt and was instantly comforted by her. She listened and was just very sweet. I’m glad she was the nurse for me. Dr Ring is always great too!

The receptionist was welcoming and professional. The nurse was caring and efficient and Dr Ring listened carefully and explained treatment options in detail. I was treated with courtesy by everyone I came in contact with and Dr Ring answered all of my questions

Dr. Ring was excellent. Explained everything before the procedure, during the procedure, and a thorough recap of what she found, when to expect results, and potential treatments options.

The staff and doctor were very professional, explained everything about my procedure and made me feel very comfortable.

I did not feel heard or cared for and wasn’t receiving any help/support/guidance. I was asked why I was there and told “I’m sorry I can’t answer your questions”. I had waited for that appointment for over 2 months and walked out even more confused.

Every person I encountered was extremely nice and helpful in whatever way I needed. It was a pleasure being seen at this practice.

The appointment went great from checking in, nurse explaining how the appointment will go to the doctor and how courteous, look over family history with and explained how the rest of the appointment would go. I felt very comfortable unlike previous experiences with other gynecologists.

I was disappointed that The Dr was not able to give me the specific treatment I am looking for, no fault of hers, however that being said, why is there only one Dr in the novant group in huntersville nc that can do surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, who happens to be a male Dr. Lets make some changes.
