This was my first visit with Shanon Mathis and I am completely satisfied that my wife and I found an excellent provider. The conversation centered around my health. This was a big improvement over my previous provider.

As it has been with every Novant encounter for some time now, I find efficient, patient focused care at an exceptional performance level. As a former “lower eschelon” health care provider, I have seen the best and not the best provision of services throughout my practice in pharmacy. I cannot recall experiencing anything as remarkable as Novant’s standard of care.
