Novant doctors and staff are a first class professional team. They are incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. Plus they are extremely thoughtful and caring. They think of the patient’s needs and comfort while making you well.

It was my first time visiting this center. It was very nice and clean. I felt very comfortable while I was there. Everyone treated me very well.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating to me the whole time I was there. Dr. Teppera was very pleasant and attentive and assuring to my situation.

Dr. Teppara really listened to my concerns. I feel like he didn’t brush anything off, but also didn’t push for surgery. He had a great bedside manner. The front desk staff was very kind as well.

From the moment I spoke to the person making me an appointment to coming in, then going in the back, then seeing the doctor, and going back to the front finishing up, all the staff made me feel welcome. The staff was professional and they knew how to talk to a public person. All of them showed good manners. There were no rube staff. All of the staff really showed concern and a caring spirit from the beginning to going out for making your surgery date. Thank you for the doctor, Dr. Teppara you gave me. He was very knowledgeable about my problem. He explained very clearly and made me feel comfortable about any questions if I had to ask. I feel very safe in his care. Yes, I will recommend people to select your place where all the staff makes the difference in serving the need of the patient with care! I had a good experience there.

From the time you walk into the office until the time you leave, there is a feeling that you are being listened to and a plan is being formulated to take care of the problem you have. Dr. Teparra has never seemed rushed and is there to make sure the patient understands what he is saying as well as understanding what the patient’s concerns are. Highly recommended.

Novant health did everything they could to get me an appointment with a surgeon right away and then got my surgery scheduled fast!! Nothing but a great experience!!!

I had concerns about my CT scan and ask about them. Dr. Said he'd get back to them and never did. Dr. Wasn't even aware I'd had CT scan.

The only issue I have it, that when the nurse tells you if you have questions to please contact her, It would be great if she had a card with her name and number so that you could do that. When you have so many appointments at different providers it's difficult to remember who when and where.

Excellent experience. I have several tertiary care centers close by my home and I drive more than 2 hours to receive care by this provider. Can't say enough nice things about this experience.
