Novant Health offers convenient virtual care. These include scheduled e-visits for non-urgent concerns, on-demand video visits, and enhanced virtual care with TytoHome. This video walks you through each kind of video visit and when you can use them. You will need a MyChart account and in-general you will need an internet connection.
