Get ready for your first visit.

Your first appointment with our clinical pharmacist practitioner will be a video visit. To schedule a virtual health care visit with your provider, call your provider’s office directly or use MyChart. A secure link will be sent to you within 24 hours of your appointment.

Video visits are an easy way to see your provider whenever your provider's office is open. To help you get the most of your time, here is a short list of things to prepare for you virtual visit.

  • Confirm whether your computer, phone or tablet has video capabilities and enough battery life remaining to complete the visit
  • You will need to make sure you have downloaded the Zoom Workplace app to your phone, tablet or computer so you can test your device an ensure it is compatible with the virtual care software
  • Find a quiet place that you are comfortable discussing your medical information
  • Have a list of medications or have your medication bottles ready to review at time of visit
  • If you check your blood sugar or blood pressure, have that information available for review at time of visit
