PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency (PMC)
Program description
The PGY2 emergency medicine pharmacy residency at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center is an ASHP accredited program that provides the resident with advanced training in emergency medicine. The program is designed to instill and develop the skills necessary to practice independently as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Residents will have the opportunity to become integrated into our advanced pharmacy practice model, respond to medical emergencies, provide education to patients and staff, and participate in pharmacy consult services. The PGY2 emergency medicine residency program allows flexibility to meet the needs and interests of each individual resident while also providing a quality foundation in developing professional practice skills.
