Program description
The two-year Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency program at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center will prepare pharmacy leaders for success in a complex, evolving healthcare environment. This residency program is complemented by a Masters of Science (MS) in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) offered through UNC – Chapel Hill.
