Novant Health's Nurse Residency Program offers three cohorts per year:
  • Summer (May-June graduates)
  • Fall (July-September graduates)
  • Spring (December-March graduates)

We recommend applying to the program 6-9 months before graduation. The interview timeframe varies for each cohort.
